The Adventurous
The Adventurous is the only charter vessel
operating in Southeast Alaska built specifically to operate "extended" charter
fishing and sightseeing cruises. With all of the luxuries
of home, professional crew, and exquisite meals, guests will find
themselves not only on a "fishing
trip", but on the Alaska experience of a lifetime!
The Adventurous is 56 feet long and has a beam of 17 feet. She
was constructed in 1993 at Delta Marine in Seattle, Wa. She's a
sturdy, well built vessel that cruises the Southeast Alaska waters
like she was built just for it - and she actually was.
The Adventurous is comfortably furnished throughout with cabinetry
and interior detailing of finished teak.
Your safety is very important to us. The Adventurous is well equipped
with survival
suits for the crew and every guest onboard, should the
need arise to use them. Additionally,
the Adventurous is equipped with a life raft and emergency locator
transmitter.

amenities on board are everything you would expect and
more:
- Three double guest staterooms with double bunks
- Crew quarters
- Two restrooms: one full with shower, and one half.
- Comfortable salon with 6 person dining room table!
- Full galley including all household size appliances
- Washer/dryer
- Full stereo system including Sirius radio
- Water maker providing up to 1500 gallons of fresh water a
day.
- Two ten cubic foot freezers
- Full hydraulics including shrimp pot puller and boom for
launching skiffs
- Full navigation and communication electronics to ensure safety
- Satellite telephone
- Live well for crab
- 110 volt power throughout the yacht 24 hours a day.
- 2400 gallon fuel capacity supplying ample range
- Crab and shrimp gear
- Top-notch fishing gear
- 14 foot, Svenson built, aluminum Jet boat with 45hp jet outboard
- 14 foot fiberglass skiff with 15hp outboard
